Regeneration is bringing new home developments
There is plenty happening in this area. The closure of Nestle in 2014 might have been the end of an era but the redevelopment of the site is definitely the start of a new one. The project is expected to complete fully by 2025 but the first residents are scheduled to get keys to their new homes as early as next spring.
